Shipping

Sarraff Store Fixtures & Equipment will make every effort to ship your order in the best way possible.  In order to give you the best shipping rate, we will notify you of the best shipping rate via email, typically within one business day.  We will process your credit card transaction and order as soon as you approve the shipping charges.   

 

 

There are many factors which may affect the freight charges.  Standard freight service implies delivery to your front door.  There are additional costs if unloading of the merchandise and/or lift gate service is required.  Also there are additional costs if the order is shipped to a residential area, mall, school, church, or convention.  It is the purchaser’s responsibility to specify any special instructions and or delivery requirements. 

 

 

Pick up

Customer can arrange to pick up order from warehouse located in Miami, FL.  Please note it as a special instruction at checkout stating the name of the freight company you will be using.   We will advise you when your order is ready. 

Return Policy

Returns require a prior return authorization, this also includes order in process that have not left the premises.  Request for a return needs to be within 30 days of the invoice date.  If customer receives an authorization, the return must be accompanied with the invoice in its original carton, and be in new condition.  The new condition is determined by Sarraff Store Fixtures & Equipment, at time of arrival to our premises.  All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge.  Shipping and freight fees are not refundable.   Slatwall Panels, Showcases, Pegboard Panels, and other wood items are not returnable.  In addition items which are special orders, close-outs and used items are not returnable. 

 

 

All new items are sold subject only to the manufacturer’s warranty.   Seller makes no warranties of any kind or warrants suitability for a specific purpose.      

 

 

Damages

The carrier is responsible for damage goods during transit.  The receiver has the right and duty to inspect the shipment before signing of on the delivery.   It is very important to open all packages and inspect immediately to be eligible for any freight claim.

  

There are different steps for the different carriers:

  1. A shipment made with UPS:

If you discover damage after opening package call UPS for Inspection.  Save all packing material.

  1. Common Carrier Damage: Inspect all merchandise before you sign off the freight bill.  If there are any damages note the item # damaged and the number of pieces on both the driver’s copy as well as your copy. The driver should instruct you what the company’s freight claim process is.  If not explained call the Freight Carrier Company.  During the process of the freight claim you need to hold on to the merchandise and packing material.

  2. Concealed Damage: After opening all package, call the carrier for inspection.  Save all packing materials.  It is imperative that you open all the packages immediately.  Freight Carriers only accept concealed damage claims within 15 days of delivery date. 

 

 

Backorders

At time of shipment if an item is not in stock, Sarraff Store Fixtures & Equipment will advise customer of the items on backorder.  At this time the customer has the option to hold order until it can be shipped complete or ship what is available and then ship at a later date the backorder items.  Separate shipping charges will be billed for each shipment.

 

 

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice.  Sarraff Store Fixtures & Equipment at all times will try to have the most current prices, but we reserve the right to correct error in price. 

 

 

Special Orders

Special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit, at the time the order is placed.  Once the order is ready to ship, the balance of the order is due.  Special orders are not refundable.
